The Challenge

There was a need to ensure operatives were fully informed on equipment selection, environmental limitations, and safe operating conditions, while maintaining productivity and quality of work.

The client also wanted confidence that teams were using the correct techniques and that decisions to proceed or stop work were being made with clear, consistent information.
